At Evolving Pain, we have a special interest and experience in helping individuals manage arthritis-related pain, stiffness, and mobility challenges. Our compassionate team works with you to create a personalised plan aimed at improving joint function, reducing pain, and enhancing your quality of life.

What is Arthritis?

Arthritis is a group of conditions characterised by joint inflammation, pain, and stiffness. It can affect people of all ages and has several types, including:

  • Osteoarthritis (OA)

  • Rheumatoid arthritis (RA)

  • Psoriatic arthritis

  • Juvenile arthritis

Symptoms can include joint swelling, reduced range of motion, stiffness, and difficulty performing daily tasks. Arthritis can impact not only physical health but also mental well-being, as chronic pain and limitations take a toll.
