What is GLA:D?

Are you struggling with persisting hip or knee pain?

Do you have osteoarthritic symptoms like noisy joints, reduced range of movement and morning stiffness?

GLA:D is an evidence-based program specifically designed to improve the lives of people living with knee and hip Osteoarthritis.

As physiotherapists specialising in chronic pain, we are up to date with persisting pain management research and intervention practices, making us a great choice for seeing you through this program.

Who is the GLA:D program for?

The GLA:D Program is designed for people with osteoarthritis to help manage their symptoms, reduce pain, and regain mobility. If you’re experiencing signs of osteoarthritis (OA), book a screening with one of our GLA:D trained physiotherapists to assess your suitability for the GLA:D program.
